Design Intensive
My project for this design intensive unit is going to be focusing on the theme of floral print and pattern designs, to lead onto reinventing the new abstract "floral" for a collection of interior wallpaper. The collection will be called V for Vitality" and will be targeted at a youthful, contemporary feminist who adores a sight for passion and art. The wallpaper would best be suited for bedrooms or as a feature wall in the company of the public.
The collection will be completly unusal, mind challening with a touch of reality compared to mass produced varities of ditsy, paisley, rose patterns that are somewhat common and unimaginative.

Gaining background knowledge of the floral prints that are "in fashion" and sold on the market whilst also strruting down the catwalk, i can begin to annalyse how he floral pattern is used in both the fashion and interior world to get and eye view of what is being considered "good! design"
